With the Home Brewing Kit – Plus Blond from Brew Monkey, you can brew up to 5 litres of delicious golden blond ale in your own kitchen. This complete kit includes a fermentation bucket with tap, an airlock, a measuring cylinder, hydrometer and a full ingredient pack with freshly crushed malt, hops and yeast. Every kit comes with fresh ingredients so you can start brewing right away. Choose from 4 different recipe packs ranging from light to dark beers and from lower to higher alcohol percentages.

The Plus Kit includes a hydrometer and measuring cylinder, allowing you to measure the starting and final gravity of your beer. This way you know exactly when fermentation is complete and can calculate the alcohol content.

Blond beers are smooth, fresh and approachable, with their signature golden colour. They are top-fermented beers with an ABV typically between 5–7%, fermented at 20–25 °C – perfect for homebrewers fermenting in a kitchen or cellar.
