Blond beers are smooth, refreshing, and easy to drink. Blond beer owes its name to the golden, blond color of the brew. It is a top-fermented beer style, with an alcohol content typically ranging between 5% and 7%. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 20–25 °C, making it easy for homebrewers to ferment at home, for example in the kitchen or cellar. The flavor of Blond beer is generally balanced and smooth: the light malts provide a subtle base, allowing the hops and yeast to shine without being overpowering.

What you’ll need yourself:
