The Home Brewing Kit – Deluxe Wheat Beer / Weissbier comes with extra tools such as a measuring cylinder, hydrometer, analog thermometer, bottle capper with 25 crown caps, and 13 empty longneck beer bottles. With the hydrometer and measuring cylinder, you can accurately measure the original and final gravity of your homebrewed beer, allowing you to calculate the alcohol percentage and know exactly when fermentation is complete. With the included bottle capper, crown caps, and bottles, you can easily bottle your own craft beer at home.

Every beer brewing kit contains an ingredients pack with freshly crushed malt, hops, and yeast, so you can get started right away. You can choose from four different ingredient packs – from light to dark beers and from low to high alcohol percentages. Naturally, a detailed step-by-step guide is also included.

A Wheat Beer / Weissbier is a wheat beer of southern German or Bavarian origin. This wheat beer is brewed according to high fermentation. Wheat beers have at least 55% wheat malt in addition to barley malt. It is a top-fermenting beer with a lower alcohol content between 5% – 6% percent.

What you’ll need yourself:

• Two large cooking pots (around 7 litres each)
• Kitchen scale and measuring spoon
• Fine mesh sieve or colander
• Brewing sugar for bottling
• Optional: extra bottles or swing‑top bottles for more capacity
• Ice cubes or cold packs to cool the wort

Tip: Wheat beer tastes best served at around 5–7 °C. Add a few weeks’ bottle conditioning after fermentation to allow the flavours to develop fully.
