It may happen that the ordered item is not as desired or needs to be returned for another reason. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return the received products free of charge without giving a reason.

Follow the steps below to return your order:

Step 1: Registration
If you wish to return your order, please send an email to info@brewmonkeykit.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return in the email.

Step 2: Receive return label
We will then send you a return label, which you can place on the original box over the existing shipping label.

Step 3: Return the package
Drop off your package at a nearby service point and keep your proof of shipment.

Step 4: Refund
Once the return has arrived safely at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used when placing the order.
