It can happen that the ordered item is not to your liking or needs to be returned for another reason. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return the received products without providing any reason. The cost of returning the products will be your responsibility.

Follow the steps below to return the order:

Step 1: Registration If you wish to return your order, you must send an email to [email protected] In the email, please provide your name, order number, and reason for the return.

Step 2: Receipt of Label You will receive the return address via email. Additionally, you will receive a paper necessary for Amazon to process the return. Cut the bottom part of this paper and place it inside the box. Affix the top part on the outside of the box. Follow the instructions on the paper carefully.

Step 3: Preparing the Return Place all received products in the original box. Print out the Amazon paper. Follow the instructions on the paper. Send the return in the packaging in which it was also delivered. Cut the bottom piece off the label and place it inside the box. Affix the top part of the return label on the outside of the box.

Step 4: Shipping Send the return. Due to the collaboration with Amazon, orders will, in most cases, be sent by a local distribution center. This ensures shorter delivery times and helps us keep shipping costs low. The returned products will arrive at the same distribution center from which they were sent.

Take the return to a post office or service point nearby. Send the package to the provided return address.

Step 5: Processing Once the returned order arrives at the distribution center, it will be checked and processed. Processing the return will take a maximum of 5 working days.

Step 6: Refund Once Amazon has processed the return, we will transfer the purchase amount minus the costs for the return label using the same payment method used when placing the order.
