The Brew Monkey Home Brewing Kit – Basic Weizen includes a fermentation bucket with tap and airlock. Each Home Brewing Kit includes an ingredient pack with freshly milled malt, hops and yeast so you can get started right away. We have 4 different ingredient packs to choose from, from light to darker beers and low to higher alcohol content.

The Home Brewing Kit is ideal to get started yourself or to give as a gift. Should you like brewing your own beer you can brew more often with the different Ingredient Packages available in the webshop. In fact, all the tools included in this package are reusable!

A Weizen beer is a wheat beer of southern German or Bavarian origin. This wheat beer is brewed according to high fermentation. Wheat beers have at least 55% wheat malt in addition to barley malt. It is a top-fermenting beer with a lower alcohol content between 5% – 6% percent.
